Post detailed token proposals in #workshop. Explain the mechanism, benefits, and potential challenges. Get feedback from other residents.
Discuss, iterate, and gather community support. The best ideas will rise through resident consensus.
When we're ready to launch, residents will help with smart contracts, audits, distribution, and rollout.
